The apartment offers a welcoming space, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring La Palma. It features two comfortable double bedrooms with blackout shutters for restful sleep, and a sofa bed ideal for a child. The open-plan living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and dining area. A modern bathroom includes both a bidet and shower. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with garden views, and easy access to the shared pool and solarium at the rear of the property.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located in a gated complex with manual entry. You'll have direct access to the apartment, with private parking right in front. Self check-in is easy: keys are in a key box, and full instructions are sent via WhatsApp on the day of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The area of El Paso where El Mirador de El Paso is located, is quiet and faces a street with hardly any traffic at the front and a back part, where the swimming pool is located, with direct views to the new volcano of Tajogaite, the route of the volcanoes - with the Birigoyo in the first row - and cultivated land. In addition, from this part of the property, you can observe almost every day, breathtaking sunsets over the sea.

Getting Around:
El Paso is a well-connected and easily accessible town, ideal for both exploring and relaxing. The town centre is within easy walking distance, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and banks just a few minutes away. There is also a bus stop nearby, with connections to other areas of La Palma such as Los Llanos, Santa Cruz and the Caldera de Taburiente National Park. For greater flexibility and convenience, especially if you wish to discover more remote corners of the island, car hire is recommended. The roads are in good condition and allow easy access to beaches, hiking trails and spectacular viewpoints.

Other Things to Note:
This flat, located on the ground floor, offers a cooler and more secluded atmosphere compared to those on the upper floor. Access to the pool and solarium is at the rear of the complex, so there is no direct view of this area. If views are a priority for you, we recommend that you consider this before booking.
