Eden Rest is situated within the grounds of the Tregenna Castle Estate with its acres of gardens, 18 hole golf course and leisure facilities.

Leisure Facilities:
The Tregenna Resort have asked us to clarify their policy regarding the use of the full leisure facilities does not apply during the school holiday periods as they only allow Tregenna residents (which excludes guests staying in privately managed properties such as Eden Rest) access to these amenities over these periods.

Indoor Swimming Pool:
 Open every day 10am - 6pm - last admission 5.30pm
 £7 per person for non-residents
 £3.50 for children 3-16 years old
 Free for children under 3 years old
 Towel hire - £1 per towel
The outdoor pool is only available to staying guests and members

Tennis Courts:
 Two all-weather tennis courts
 £10 per hour for non-residents
 £1 per racket hire

Badminton Courts:
 £8 per hour for non-residents

Golf & Beauty Facilities:
The golf is still available to book throughout the year along with treatments booked at Castle Beauty - these facilities have always been chargeable for all residents and non-residents.

All guests are able to enjoy using the bar and restaurants.

There is private parking right outside the house for up to 3 cars and a regular bus service runs past the entrance to the Tregenna Estate from St Ives towards Carbis Bay and further afield.
