The Space

Step through the old wooden door of historic Milan and find yourself immersed in an environment with an authentic industrial soul. Beneath the iron-and-wood mezzanine structure, every detail tells a story: stripped iron beams, a wall and door covered in gold leaf add a luminous, precious touch, creating a fascinating contrast with the raw, textured surfaces. A sense of old-world charm blends with modernity thanks to the vintage golden-bronze lamp and the warm whitewashed wooden floors that speak of refined character.

Living Area

The large window lets in natural light that embraces the yellow click-clack sofa bed, a design element that brightens the room. The wooden floor welcomes your moments of relaxation or work, while the iron tubular folding table, paired with brown faux-leather industrial stools, creates a convivial and functional area perfect for intimate dinners or stylish smart working.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen stands out with a smooth, glossy marble countertop that reflects natural light. Equipped with an induction hob, microwave, washing machine, and coffee machine, it includes dishes and a courtesy kit for a practical and pleasant stay. Steel details and robust materials match the industrial mood, while the kettle and smart TV add contemporary comfort.

Bathroom

The designer bathroom, with a maximum height of 1.80 m, is a small gem of style and functionality. Clear and darker glass bricks alternate to ensure privacy without sacrificing light, creating an airy atmosphere. The iron door with chicken-wire mesh and handcrafted handle is decorative yet full of character. Hooks made from bolts, a toilet-paper holder crafted from an antique wrench, and a washbasin set into a repurposed vintage table complete this evocative space. Towels and a hairdryer are provided for your comfort.
Note: there is no bidet.

Mezzanine Sleeping Area

Climb the iron-and-wood spiral ladder to reach the mezzanine—an intimate and refined nest with a variable height between 165 and 176 cm. The French double bed (140x190 cm) lies beneath exposed beams, framed by an antique wooden headboard with century-old planks anchored by large gold-leafed bolts that reflect the soft light of the iron wall lamp. The gold-leaf decorative wall, together with the whitewashed floor, creates a warm, lived-in atmosphere perfect for relaxation and intimacy. A vintage-style wardrobe and practical storage niches ensure comfort and order.
For taller guests, the click-clack sofa bed in the living area is available upon prior request.

Comfort & Atmosphere

Air conditioning in the living area ensures freshness while fans help distribute an even temperature throughout the loft. Lighting features vintage golden-bronze lamps that highlight the texture of the concrete walls, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere—far from the urban chaos despite the central location. The apartment is quiet, with thoughtful touches such as an automatic entrance light for a pleasant welcome.

Getting Around

The “Model’s Apartment” enjoys an unbeatable location in the Moscova–Brera district, a vibrant heart of Milan. Within a few minutes’ walk you’ll find the M2 Moscova metro station, providing quick access to the entire city. The nearby Brera Art Gallery and the area’s artistic boutiques offer rich cultural experiences. Corso Garibaldi and Corso Como—famous for shopping and nightlife—are easily reachable, as are the Duomo and the Fashion District for iconic visits. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars surround the area, ensuring a stay full of discoveries and convenience.

Guest Access

The entire loft is at your complete disposal.

Access to the apartment is via self check-in. Upon arrival, you can collect the keys from a secure lockbox with a code sent to you in advance. Check-in is flexible, allowing you to arrive at the most convenient time without stress.

Other Things to Note

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building with no elevator.

Please note that the mezzanine sleeping area has reduced height (165–176 cm), but an alternative is available using the click-clack sofa bed in the living room.

Check-in is via self check-in with a lockbox; the code will be provided on the day of arrival along with instructions. Completing the online check-in and uploading documents at least 24 hours before arrival is mandatory. Assistance is available if needed.

In the bathroom, please dispose only of toilet paper in the WC, which uses a macerator system.

The electric water heater has a 70-liter capacity.

Recommended Parking:
The underground parking in Piazza XXV Aprile (100 meters from the building entrance) is outside AREA C and open 24/7.
Alternatively, there is a private paid parking lot in front of Via Solferino 38 (inside AREA C).
