On the 5th floor with elevator, the apartment has 110 mÂČ of living space, including a 25 mÂČ covered terrace with a table, chair, and sofa, very pleasant and relaxing for relaxing in the cool air to the sound of cicadas and birds, overlooking the Bay of Alicante and the port.
The residence's park with palm trees, its shared swimming pool with jacuzzi and children's pool, the pool is supervised in the summer from June 15th to September 15th with a lifeguard. The park also has a children's playground.
