The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city centre.

The apartment is located between the well-known and loved neighbourhood of Trastevere and Monteverde, a residential area of Rome near the Tiber river, this area is famous for its fountains, statues and walking paths in parks such as Villa Sciarra and Villa Doria Pamphili, which also offer gardens and outdoor concerts. The Historic centre of Rome is easily reached by tram No. 8. On entering the house the sleeping area is divided from the living area. To the right there is the bathroom with the two bedrooms , a small corridor and there is the living room with the kitchenette and a French window to exit to the garden .

The living room has a sofa bed (120cm x 190cm), a television corner, a dining table with 4 chairs. Furniture, lamps and pictures complete the living room furnishings. The house is equipped with an air-conditioning system. From the living room there is access to the garden. The washing machine is located in a cupboard outside , on the steps (4 steps) going down to the garden .

The two bedrooms entering on the right have one double bed (160cm x 190cm), bedside tables, wardrobe and air conditioning, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a small wardrobe.

The kitchen is complete with a refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and crockery for six people.

The bathroom has sanitary fittings and a shower cubin.
