Quietly situated holiday home on the edge of Hasselt, with private parking.
Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Hasselt, in a home equipped with all modern comforts. Holiday Home Dorlick is located near the edge of the city, 10 minutes by bike (30 minutes on foot) from the historic center. A stone's throw from the Trixxo Theater, Trixxo Arena, the Versuz, Japanese Garden and the Kinepolis Hasselt. The ideal base for those who like to spend time in nature.
The holiday home is located in a residential area, with clustered parking facilities, one of which is reserved for the holiday home (parking 283J). It is a furnished, semi-detached house of 125mÂČ with a private, closed outdoor area. The house is divided into 2 floors, connected by a staircase and is accessible from the street side. Each floor has a toilet. The ground floor includes the entrance, a spacious kitchen with storage room, a sitting area with sofa and access to the private outdoor area via a sliding door. The upper floor includes a night hall, 3 bedrooms with two sleeping places each and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The holiday home meets the basic requirements regarding safety, hygiene and facilities, and is in good condition.
Access to the holiday home is possible with a digital key. For this, it is necessary to give your e-mail address to the host and install the TapKey app. In addition, you will receive the necessary information about the use of the home during your stay.
Optionally, a digital badge can be requested, which will be sent - if possible - or you will receive it upon arrival. Please inquire about this with the host in good time.
There is also a key for the garden gate in the house. You must leave this together with the badge (if applicable) on the kitchen table in the holiday home upon your departure. In case of loss, a fee of ⏠20 will be charged for the badge and ⏠300 for the set of keys for the sliding door and garden gate. It is best that you always leave the set of physical keys in the holiday home.
The rental is legally subject to the following general terms and conditions:
The tenant declares to personally occupy the rented property, to occupy it as a âgood father of the houseâ and to maintain it well.
The landlord will not be responsible for any theft and/or damage to personal belongings.
The landlord will not be responsible for accidents.
There is a general smoking ban, both inside and in the private outdoor area and in the area around the Klein Dorlick residential area.
A maximum of 1 small pet is allowed, which the tenant will supervise as good âparentsâ so that they do not cause any nuisance to the environment.
Visitors are allowed, but the total number of residents staying may not exceed the maximum number of people allowed at any time.
All appliances are in operation; complaints submitted more than 24 hours after arrival in the rented property will not be accepted.
Repairs that are necessary as a result of damage caused by negligence or poor use of the rented property are at the tenant's expense. The tenant also ensures that they do not cause any nuisance in the neighborhood.
The property is rented furnished and equipped with kitchenware, dishes, glasses, blankets and pillows as described in the enclosed inventory list. If necessary, the landlord or his representative is entitled to charge an amount for extra cleaning of the rented property upon the tenant's departure, as well as an amount for the value of objects, furniture or materials that are broken, dirty, destroyed or damaged and those objects that have been used during the rental for purposes other than those for which they were intended, the price of cleaning dirty blankets, compensation for any form of damage to curtains, ceilings, carpets, rugs, windows, beds, etc.
The tenant declares that he is insured against the Legal Liability associated with rent (fire and water damage) and that he has sufficient cover. In the event of not being insured, the tenant is liable for the costs of the damage and the interest on these costs. The landlord is obliged to insure the rented property and the tenant is obliged to warn the landlord within 24 hours in the event of damage in the building.
The tenant may not refuse the landlord access to the rented property if the landlord or his representative requests it.
It is forbidden to place hot objects on the kitchen worktops. Coasters and a dish rack will be provided.
