Greystone Manor Àr den mest unika engelska herrgÄrdshyran i Stowe-omrÄdet. Den massiva stenstrukturen rymmer en eklektisk blandning av gammal charm och karaktÀr med mÄnga rena, uppdaterade funktioner. Den frÀmre entréen öppnas i 40 fot lÄnga stora rummet med tvÄ separata sittplatser, en centrerad pÄ sten spis och en andra stor sektion för spel och konversation. Utsikten över bakgÄrden Àr fokuserad direkt pÄ Stowe Pinnacle. Matsalen / köket Àr gjord för stora grupper. Det finns ett sex brÀnnare med ytterligare en platt grill och tvÄ ugnar. Matbordet rymmer lÀtt 10 + vuxna. Om du vill ha en lugn stund, koppla av och lÀs i biblioteket eller sitta i bubbelbadet efter en lÄng dag pÄ backarna. Varje rum har sin egen unika karaktÀr och flare, frÄn sommarrummet med monterad taxidermi till det asiatiska inspirerade sovrummet med kung pÄ första vÄningen. BottenvÄningen har ocksÄ en stor master svit med king size-sÀng och badrum med en vintage jacuzzi badkar för tvÄ. Satellit-TV och trÄdlöst internet finns tillgÀngligt i hela huset.

Den andra vÄningen har en balkong med utsikt över det stora rummet tillsammans med tre andra sovrum och tvÄ badrum. Ett sovrum har tvÄ queen size-sÀngar och en tvilling. Ett annat sovrum har en drottning och det tredje sovrummet Àr fullt.

Den lÀgre nivÄn av Greystone har ett spelrum. Spela Pool, Vintage Pinball eller Foosball. Var noga med att göra lite popcorn med popcornmaskinen ocksÄ.

Greystone Àr en lÀtt 5 minuters bilresa till Stowe Village. Det Àr 15 minuter till parkeringsplatsen Stowe Mountain. Fastigheten ligger direkt mot snöskoterspÄret lÀngs North Hollow Road, vilket ger tillgÄng till lokala och regionala slÀdeleder.

Wonderful stay!

This is a terrific property! We had a wonderful time at Greystone! The place accommodates a large family easily, had terrific amenities, was convenient to the ski mountain and the owners are very responsive and communicative. We'd highly recommend to others and are looking forward to staying there again next season.

Happiness is time spent in VT-Graystone Manor

it was a peaceful beautiful place to see friends and family once a yr. House was very large and the kitchen spacious enough for my cook to make incredible meals. We talked a lot spent time on the beautiful grounds enjoying the Stowe weather Working with Jim the owner was very pleasant I hope to do this next yr and have told all of my Cincinnati friends about the stay

Perfect group getaway!

We loved our trip to Greystone Manor. The place is beautiful, quirky, and clearly well-loved. It comfortably fits large groups and works well for kids--with tons of quiet bedrooms, lots of room to explore indoors, a big beautiful yard, and a swing set out back. Perfect place for a ski weekend with family and friends.

This place is magical!

We enjoyed our stay at Greystone Manor so much. The house and surrounding property is fabulous. We loved making meals in the big gourmet kitchen and sitting in the hot tub in the snow. The rooms are very comfortable and house has a lot of character. The town, restaurants and skiing are very convenient too. We can’t wait to come back.

Awesome Stow Location for Solar Eclipse

Family Vacation

Our extended family had a very nice stay at Greystone Manor over the July 4th holiday week. The property is just as advertised with plenty of space in the house and an outdoor kitchen, pond, and hot tub on site. Stowe with all the amenities it has to offer is just a short drive away. Summer guests should be aware that, although bedroom air conditioners are provided, the house does not have central air conditioning if that is important to you. We highly recommend this property for a memorable family vacation.

Perfectly perfect.

What a fantastic place to stay. The lay out allows for group hang outs but plenty of spots to retreat when that certain someone gets on your nerves. The outdoor space is dreamy. The indoor space has lots of interesting things to look at. We all decided we would like to rent again. BTW, easy access to Stowe. PERFECTLY situated.

My entire family stayed here when my son graduated from UVM. It was such a beautiful place and large! Plenty of room. The yard was beautiful and big enough for lots of games! Jim was very accommodating and thorough! It made our weekend that much more special! Thank you!!!!!

A Must Stay in Stowe, Vermont!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family! The home is on a stunning property with views of mountains and forest. It is secluded and quiet with lots of space for everyone to enjoy themselves without feeling on top of each other. Lots of space in the home for everyone and the kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any home I've ever stayed in - perfect for our family who loves to cook! The house is central to all activities in Stowe, including a hiking trail just 1 mile from the house. Highly recommend staying at the Greystone Manor for your family getaway to Vermont.

Beautiful and unique stay with large group

We have a great time with such a charming and expansive home. There was enough room for the 12 of us to spread out and had a good number of bedrooms and bathroom. The host was very responsive and the house came stocked with all the essentials. The only issue we had was there was zero cellphone service which is out of their control but we also had zero internet service for the entire weekend. There was a landline in the event of emergencies but being there for a few days with a large group and with limited access to communicate with family and friends and with some planning to work remotely, this was an unexpected issue. The host acknowledged it and shared that they plan to install better internet service later in the year so just know that going in that you might not have cell or WiFi access.

Perfect for an extended family gathering

We brought together three generations of family for a wonderful week between Christmas and New Year’s. Greystone easily accommodated 11 humans and 3 dogs plus another dozen guests of all ages who joined us for dinner on various nights. The kitchen was versatile and well stocked, the fireplace cozy and inviting, and the hot tub worked exactly as advertised. The kids also enjoyed the pool table in the basement, the adults appreciated the unique decor (especially the library), and the dogs were in heaven to have the run of the grounds. Jim was very helpful and responsive, and it’s clear how much effort he, Barb and Willie have put into renovating and maintaining the place — truly a labor of love.

Incredible Place!

Greystone Manor was the perfect place for us to stay! We were in town for the Vermont 10-miler and we had a group of 11 adults and 2 dogs! The house is so much larger than we expected and very well laid out. It was so comfortable and inviting!! The hot tub was amazing! The fire pit was great to have! Our host was so incredibly responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook—we ended up staying there and not eating out! It was so peaceful and quiet! It’s located in the perfect place to walk, run or bike! Kudos to our host for keeping such an amazing place and sharing it with us!!!!

Property Gorgeous and well kept The home was clean, and everything was useable as the owner stated We had a map of things to do in Stowe Jim was easy to get in touch with, very responsible. We had an elderly lady who needed oxygen and Jim helped arrange her supplies-way beyond what he needed to do I was so impressed with Jim and Vrbo that I am already planning my next Fall reunion w VRBO Much thanks

Property was extremely beautiful as well as the house! House had everything we could possibly need including linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable. and more than enough room for the 12! We had a great time and will be returning!

Jim, Barb and Willie are partners in Greystone Manor. Jim and Barb are married, Barb and Willie are siblings. Willie has been in Stowe for almost 50 years. Barb and Jim decided to transition from skiing in Maine to Vermont and came to find a condo one weekend in march a few years back. We left with Greystone!!! It was such a unique house, Barb just decided she needed it...
