Spacious historic villa in rustic and elegant style, with private garden, able to accommodate up to 14 people!
Located just 200 m from splendid beaches and with sea view, this villa offers large indoor and outdoor spaces, ideal for those who want to spend moments of relaxation and fun.
Ideal for those who love spending long days at the beach, without having to travel for hours by car!
On request it is possible to organize private events that can be customized to your taste and liking!
Margine Rosso, one of the quietest residential neighborhoods in the province of Cagliari.
A few minutes' drive away there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, hotels, paddle courts, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts.
Central location between Villasimius, Costa Rei, Pula and Santa Margherita. Or you can just take a walk of less than 5 minutes to be on Poetto beach!
Inside the house you will find a large and comfortable living room with original historic floors, comfortable benches and armchairs and a large dining table, with an adjoining full kitchen and an additional spacious dining and relaxation area entirely surrounded by windows, where you can sip a cocktail in the evening immersed in nature.
On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Upstairs you will find another living room, in a modern style, with a splendid view and immediately after the sleeping area, with three double suites, one of which with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely room with four bunk beds, suitable for children or single travelers and two more bathrooms.
Immediately outside the house there is a covered laundry area with a washing machine.
What about the outdoor area... it is difficult to find such a private setting that allows you to be completely immersed in nature! A splendid dining area in a rustic and natural setting, comfortable benches and sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a fully equipped barbecue to enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation, for a completely authentic Sardinian experience!
