Perfect location for us. The outside walkway lighting to the front door needs improvement. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The showers were lower pressure than we like.

Fall 2024 visit

I stayed at this house with my two adult sisters. We had plenty of space and found the house very comfortable and convenient to our parent's home. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to be able to sit on the deck at night and see the stars. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We would return again in the future if the property was available.

Graduation weekend

The property was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was well maintained and it has everything you need for your stay. We will come back.

Nice nice home - communication w/owner, Excellent.

The home is more spacious than photos indicate. We stayed over the Holidays while visiting local family. We hosted two dinners at the home, because the dining room could accommodate 10+ people! The views and outdoor decks are beautiful. We had small problem with the heating system, but the owner immediately arranged for a repair technician to come out and make the necessary repairs. Knowing we would be hosting two large dinners, we brought our own cookware, etc., but it was unnecessary, as the kitchen is extremely well equipped to handle such events. Great location - I highly recommend!

Yavapai Hills home

Checkin was easy. The home was very nice with great views of mountains from living room and patio deck. Clean and spacious. Large bedrooms and comfy beds. Kitchen was nice with well stock of pots/pan, etc to cook in. TVs had lots of channels and easy to use. Good location between Prescott and Prescott Valley with plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This is a great location. Close to shops, restaurants, etc but quiet enough to sit on the deck enjoying the outdoors. The house is comfortable and stocked with almost everything you would need.

Friend retreat

Great neighborhood and wonderful location. Close to all possible needs. The property was nice. Beautiful view. The living space was lovely and spacious, fit our needs. Not a good location for elderly. Stairs were difficult. There was a pathway to get into the house but we had to fight vegetation all the way. We did have trouble with the heating. 53 degrees when we got up in the morning. Stifling hot in the afternoon. We tried to follow heating directions but I think the system had been changed. Or directions need to be redone. However, we did not contact the owner for help either. So that is on us. Hallway Bathroom REALLY needs to be updated. We did enjoy our stay.

Perfect location for my family

My family (kids & grandkids) spent 5 days over Christmas and this property was perfect for them. Very comfortable, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, beautiful views, huge deck and everything they needed plus it was only 1 mile from me. Leanne was an absolute gem. She was so easy to reach and very kind and patient when we added 2 days to the trip. It worked out perfectly for my family and they enjoyed their stay.

Amazing views!

Loved staying here. Beautiful views all around for stargazing and watching the sunrise on the large deck. Nice quiet neighborhood very close to stores and attractions.

Great place to stay

The house is lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and perhaps the best appointed VRBO that we've ever stayed in. There was even an assortment of spices and other items like coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The bed in the master was very comfortable It was warm when we were there and the a/c worked great. It was nice to have use of the garage too. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we loved sitting sit out and BBQ'ing on the deck among the trees. We even had a resident deer who hung out right below under a tree. Good location, centrally located to the attractions and stores. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great property in a great location

This was our first visit to the Prescott area and we will definitely be back. The property was centrally located to all the areas and parks we hiked and explored and and an easy drive to Jerome and Sedona. The house was clean and comfortable. Although we did not use the kitchen, except the fridge to store water, it looked like it was fully equipped if you like to cook meals. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise on the back deck! Owner is very responsive if needed. Hopefully this property will be available on our future trips back!

Wonderful home and location

Property allows you to feel like your in nature while being close to all to shopping and restaurants you’d ever need. The homeowner responds quickly and is very accommodating. We have friends and family here and this will be our Prescott vacation home.

Great Location

This is a great house in a great location. Even though it's in a neighborhood, it is really peaceful and quiet. Yet only 10-15 minutes away are shops and restaurants. There were several hiking trails within 15 minutes as well. Leanne was great to work with, very responsive.

Very well stocked with all of the necessities, especially the kitchen.

Well situated for access to all stores with a very nice view and the sense that you were away from it all. The owner has taken pains to provide you with everything you need. Just pack your clothes and groceries and you're all set.
