Guests can easily explore this fascinating city on foot, moving between the old palaces and squares and the vibrant newly developed Old Port.
The apartment, House Historic Center, sleeps up to 4 people and is tastefully decorated with everything guests might need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living space is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV with a dining table and chairs next to the sleek kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

The apartment is in an ideal location, close to Genovaâs main attractions, with many restaurants and cafĂ©s on the doorstep. The glorious Romanesque San Lorenzo cathedral is 2 minutes away and Piazza de Ferrari is only a 3-minute walk. San Giorgio metro station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment so getting around the city is a breeze. Other museums and galleries are within easy walking distance.
Genova is famous for its fine food and has many excellent restaurants to suit all budgets. To fully appreciate the city and its food, the best market is the Mercato Orientale in Via XX Settembre (13-minute walk). Otherwise, there are street markets every day across most of the city.
The lively port area, the Porto Antico di Genova is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. This is a large cultural space with events, restaurants, shops and an outdoor swimming pool. The modern Aquarium of Genova is also worth a visit (8-minute walk).
Genovaâs International Airport is just a 20-minute drive from the apartment.
