Reserved for guests, you will find a private beach, a real privilege that will allow you to relax completely, and a swimming pool, shared among guests, which offers a unique view of the bay of Positano. The beach can be reached via 180 steps. There is no shortage of green spaces where typical local trees, plants and flowers such as olive and lemon trees thrive. The spaces are accessible via 70 steps that characterise the Amalfi Coast area.

The value of this property lies in its history dating back to 1905, when it was purchased by Alfred Pattinson, and later became the property of the sisters Raimonda and Fausta Gaetani (Ammaniti's mother), well-known designers.
