Welcome to this comfortable and elegant 48 sq.m. apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a newly built building in 2024.
The view towards the mountain and the sea is simply stunning and combined with the quality construction and equipment, will make your stay exceptional.
The magnificent view from every part of the apartment creates the ideal conditions for relaxation, offering you an magnificent accommodation experience.
The apartment features a fully equipped fitted kitchen, perfect for those who love cooking. Εlectrical appliances: an LG refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, juice extractor and a kettle.
The bright bedroom with a view promising a restful and comfortable sleep (Quenn size bed) after a day full of exploration. In the room there is a Smart TV 42" Full HD (Netflix avaliable).
In the bathroom, you will find all the necessary amenities, including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a shower cabin and a handheld bidet.
The two large balconies add an extra dimension to the living experience and serve as the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or a dinner under the open sky, marveling at the stars and the full moon!
The entrance to the apartment is currently through a shared staircase.
You can enter the building without the presence of the hostess with the use of an access code, that will be sent to you one day before your arrival.
The beach of Kalamata is just 1,2 km away, while the city center is 3 minutes away by car. Bus stop 10 of the Urban KTEL, which is 100m away, gives you the opportunity to move in both directions.

The apartment is located in an excellent location in the eastern part of the city.
At 100m you will find a mini market, while at 450m there are 2 supermarkets.
You have access to the regional-national road in just 1 minute, giving you the opportunity to explore other beaches in the area in a short time and save time reaching destinations of interest, such as Mani.
Also, we would like to inform you, that a small builiding is being constructed on the adjacent plot and there may be possible noise at times.
