This charming apartment is ideal for small groups and families, accommodating up to 4 guests and has direct beach access via the private garden.
The living room is adorned with three comfortable sofas, a dining area and opens onto a lovely terrace. A well-equipped separate kitchen with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and induction hob.

La Sciumara Beach is directly accessible from this property within a 2-minute walk, while the Cannigione Beach is an 8-minute walk. In the summer months (starting in June), Cannigione hosts a night market where you can find a wide variety of local crafts and fresh produce. The closest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away, and there are two supermarkets within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
Visit famous attractions like the Giants\' grave of Coddu Vecchiu, Nuraghe La Prisgiona and Cala Ginepro within a 20-minute drive. Further up the coast is the Port of Palau (a 22-minute drive), from here guests can take a ferry to the Maddalena Archipelago National Park, a protected marine area famous for its beautiful islands, beaches and diverse marine life. There are also boat tours and rental services available from the marina.
The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, approximately a 30-minute drive away.
