Welcome to your oasis of tranquility in Santa Cesarea Terme! This two-story house is the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. It features two bathrooms and two bedrooms, along with a wonderful outdoor space with lounge chairs and exclusive access to the sea, reserved only for the condominium residents.
The house is just steps away from the famous natural thermal baths of Santa Cesarea and only a few minutes' drive from nearby Otranto and Castro, renowned for their Salentine cuisine.

The house boasts 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 sofas that can be converted into beds. You'll find a full bathroom equipped with a shower, hot water, toilet, and bidet, as well as a second bathroom with a toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential amenities and includes an indoor dining table.
Outside, there's another table with lounge chairs, perfect for enjoying your day. A flight of stairs from the house leads directly to the sea, with a rocky coast equipped with a stepladder for easier access. Here, you'll also find a private terrace for condominium residents, featuring 2 sun beds and a parasol for your use, as well as outdoor showers for rinsing off before heading back inside.
A short swim will take you to a beautiful sulfur cave, perfect for a refreshing dip that leaves your skin feeling rejuvenated. If you prefer sandy shores, the scenic cove of Porto Miggiano is just a 5-minute drive away, while you can reach the beautiful beaches of Otranto in only 25 minutes.
