Two-room apartment on the first floor with independent access via a private staircase: spacious living room with sofa and kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a terrace equipped for outdoor dining, bathroom with shower box, washing machine, air conditioning, and mosquito nets. Reserved parking is located behind the house. Just 350 meters from the beach and only 150 meters from the town center, the apartment is situated in a quiet residential area surrounded by pine and holm oak trees, where during the low season you can enjoy the peaceful sound of the sea.
