Located just 1 km from the beach, this charming flat offers spectacular sea views. The community has a communal swimming pool and pedestrian walkways that connect to the beach, descending approximately 400 metres.
Flat on the first floor of the building. On the ground floor, there is a porch which serves as a parking space. The entrance to the flat is through a covered terrace, from which you can access both the bedroom at the back and the living room. Upon entering, there is a dining room with an open kitchen and the living room. From this room, there is access to a large terrace with spectacular sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The flat has a first bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Through this bedroom, there is access to the second bedroom, which also has two single beds and a bathroom with shower. This second bedroom has an additional entrance from the porch, allowing each bedroom to have its own privacy if necessary.
