The house, which overlooks XXV Aprile Park, although adjacent to the historic center, is so quiet that it gives the impression of being located in the countryside. A private entrance leads to the independent courtyard where 2 parking spaces are available. In the street with little traffic, however, it is easy to find free parking. From the courtyard you access the apartment located on the second floor through an external flight of stairs. The house has 2 large rooms equipped with double beds. In the blue room it is possible to add a bed so the rooms can accommodate up to 5 people. In the large living area there is also a sofa bed for 2 more people so the apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. The proximity to the park and the large terrace where you can have lunch or lie in the sun make this house unique.
