The Villa
M01 is a spacious and modern townhouse with 2 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, living room and stylish kitchen. Beautifully decorated, offering you a very comfortable accommodation for your family and friends to enjoy.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with integrated appliances including a
dishwasher, electric oven and induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. Other appliances include a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board as well as all the utensils needed to enjoy an independent stay.
The living room is stylishly decorated, with direct access to an outdoor sun terrace, it also has a dining table with seating for six people, a comfortable sofa and television. In the living room there is the option of 2 extra beds.
On the first floor, bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed and 1 single bed and a private bathroom with bathtub having access to a balcony.
Bedroom 2 has three single beds, built-in wardrobes and a private bathroom with bathtub, and has direct access to a sunny balcony.
The property features air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms, WiFi and a parking space is available in the private garage.
The property features a communal swimming pool, easily accessible from the
accommodation.

All bookings include a full cleaning upon your departure.
If your booking is for 8 nights or more, a change of bed linens and towels halfway
through your stay is also included.
If you wish, you can book a towel change halfway through your stay with a light
cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 euros per request.
We do not provide full cleaning products – only a small starter pack. It is your
responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet paper rolls
for each bathroom, but these will not be replenished during your stay.

You will be responsible for any damage to the accommodation caused by you or others in your party during your stay.
A deposit of €300 will be required. The amount will be refunded within 1 week after check-out and will only be deducted in case of damage to the property.
Check In:
Two days before your arrival, you will receive an email with extensive details of the house (location and how to get the keys) and instructions for paying the security deposit. An emergency number will be provided to be used if necessary.
