Welcome to your perfect beachside escape in beautiful Miraflores, Mijas Costa. This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is just steps from the golden sands and offers everything you need for a relaxing, sun-soaked getaway on the Costa del Sol.

Bright living area with pool & sea views:
Featuring floor to ceiling patio doors, the open-plan lounge and dining space is light, bright and full of character. With comortable seating, smart TV, and direct access to the private terrace and garden, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.
Private Outdoor Terrace & Garden:
The large patio doors lead out to your private and modern terrace - ideal for al fresco dining, sunbathing, or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets.
2 En-suite Bedrooms:
The villa sleeps up to 5 guests, with two double bedrooms - one with a day bed and direct access to the terrace, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. Both rooms are tastefully furnished with ample storage, and each with access to its own modern, full bathroom.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Whether you're preparing a light breakfast or a relaxed dinner on the terrace, the kitchen includes everything you need—oven, hob, fridge, coffee machine, air-fryer, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware.

Guests will have private access to the entire chalet and terrace. There are free on-street parking spaces at the property.
The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
Check-in to this property is after 3pm via a keysafe at the property.
Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
