On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and spacious living-dining area featuring a comfortable sofa bed, digital TV, and air conditioning with heating. Step out onto the private terrace, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecueâperfect for family meals under the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and moreâeverything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. This level also has a convenient guest toilet.
