This comfortable two-room apartment with sea view is located in a building with elevator, just 50 meters from the beach near Piazzale Zenith. The air-conditioned apartment, suitable for 4 to 5 guests, is on the third floor and features a living room, kitchenette with large fridge, TV, microwave, and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a folding bed. There is also a windowless bathroom with shower box, a terrace, and a covered parking space.
