Set in the peaceful town of Germignaga, just five minutes by car and around fifteen minutes on foot from the enchanting shores of Lake Maggiore, Buena Vista Apartment is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday surrounded by comfort and natural beauty. Buena Vista can accommodate up to four guests and features a double bedroom, a bright living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious panoramic terrace with stunning views of the lake and mountains.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming semi-detached villa, consisting of only two units owned by the same host. It’s an ideal solution for families or larger groups, as the ground-floor apartment, "La DA.MA", is available on request and can comfortably accommodate up to three more guests.



Private parking is included for maximum convenience. The space is suitable for a small or medium-sized vehicle. For larger cars, public parking is available nearby, with a short walk to reach the apartment.
