Villa Thimi is a heartfelt creation of a local family passionate about hospitality in the Cretan way. Every detail reflects authenticity and care.
The name 'Thimi' is inspired by the Greek word for memory—because we want you to leave with truly unforgettable ones. It's also a nod to thyme (thymari), one of the area's native herbs, capturing the scent of authenticity and calm the villa is designed to offer.

Housekeeping
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in to ensure a fresh and welcoming arrival, and a high-quality stay for our guests.
During your stay, housekeeping service is every 4th day. For 5-days stays, we will contact you to arrange the housekeeping service.

Environmental Tax
Please note that, in accordance with the latest government regulations (Law Article 53 of L. 4389/2016), an environmental tax has been introduced for rental properties and hotels. The tax for this apartment is €15 per night, as mandated by the Greek government.

Children Policy
The property is ideal for families. Children of all ages & infants are welcome to Villa Thimi. Please make sure to add the ages and number of children’s and infants of the group upon booking.
