The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two-story villa and features a bright and airy living room that\'s framed by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. This space opens onto the garden and is furnished with a large L-shaped double sofa bed and Smart digital flatscreen HDTV. The separate open-plan kitchen/dining room is fitted with a dining table, a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.

Aquavista apartment is ideally located on a sunny hillside in the outskirts of the elegant lakeside town of Meina, and is just a short, 7-minute drive from the shores of Lake Maggiore, Spiaggia sul lago Maggiore, Museo Meina, Meina Beach Club and Lido Di Meina. Known as the village of villas, Meina is also home to the opulent Villa Eden and Villa Faragiana, which are both open to the public with formal gardens to enjoy. Both are also approximately a 7-minute drive away. Guests can also head to the scenic lakeside promenade, Lungolago, for leisurely lakeside walks.

Guests can also enjoy golfing nearby at Golf des Les Borromees and Golf dei Laghi (both a 15-20 minute drive). For lovers of nature and wildlife, the wildlife park – Parco dei Lagoni di Mercurago is a convenient 17-minute drive. Other lakeshore towns worth visiting in Southern Lake Maggiore include Stresa and Angera, both approximately a 20–35-minute drive.
