1 Pinewood Retreat is a single-storey house consisting of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, toaster, kettle, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is decking with furniture, along with a communal grass area, and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, plus designated, off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 3 miles, pub in 2.2 miles, and lake in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Note: Nearest EV charging points available in Tesco and Aldi car parks. Note: Children must be supervised in the swimming pool at all times. Note: Outdoor pool has seasonal opening times, indoor pool is open all year (except for three days over Christmas). Note: Launderette on site for guest use (charges payable).
