Beechwood is a single-storey cottage consisting of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, and sitting area with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and two twins, serviced by a bathroom (165 Sq.M (1,800 Sq.Ft). Outside, there is a communal central courtyard with shared use of children's play area and table tennis room, along with ample off-road parking. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.2 miles and a pub in 2.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Beechwood is a lovely base for a Norfolk escape. The popular market town of Holt is close by and is well known for a wonderful array of independent food stores, craft shops, tea rooms and restaurants. Further afield are the seaside villages of Wells and Blakeney as well as the more traditional resorts of Cromer and Sheringham. The cathedral city of Norwich is a wonderful location for a day out, plus there are many National Trust properties in the area just waiting to be discovered.
