Newly renovated (2024) 1-bed flat, in the lovely north London neighbourhood of Crouch End.
Relax in the comfort of this delightful flat, located on a quiet street, with private entrance and just a few minutes walk to the amazing independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs of Crouch End village.
Prep meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the modern dining and sitting area.
Bus and train routes can take you into all the attractions of central London in just 30 minutes.

The newly refurbished flat is on the lower ground floor (down six steps) of a Victorian house. It comprises a double master bedroom (queen-size bed) with ensuite bathroom and a sitting/dining/kitchen room with double pull-out sofa bed. (Note: the ensuite bathroom can only be accessed from the bedroom.)
The flat is ideal for 2 people, but could have a third (child or adult) use the sofa bed.
The flat has underfloor heating throughout, is fully insulated and has triple-glazed windows. It is on a quiet street just off the main high street in Crouch End.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a large fridge/freezer, regular and microwave oven and Nespresso machine. If you are planning a longer stay, there is also a built-in washing machine.
The open-plan sitting area has a opens onto a dining/sitting area has a large-screen television (with all live and on demand services including Sky Sports and Movies, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime) and Bluetooth audio.
For those wanting to explore the large green spaces of north London, there are many options nearby including Queens and Highgate Wood, Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath.
Parking vouchers can be provided for on-street parking for a small additional charge.
