🅿️ Off-road parking space included, with a permit provided on arrival. (Please make sure the permit is displayed at all times and returned at checkout — there is a replacement fee of £100 if this is not left).

What’s your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in. If something unexpected comes up closer to your stay, just get in touch — I’ll always try to help if I can.

How many people can the flat sleep?
The flat comfortably sleeps 2 in the double bedroom. There's also a double sofa bed in the lounge if needed for 2 more — just let me know in advance so I can leave extra bedding.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. I’ll send full instructions ahead of your stay — self check-in makes it super easy.

Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets — I want to keep the flat allergy-friendly for all guests.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes — there’s a full-size kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. Perfect if you feel like eating in.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes — fast and reliable. Great for streaming or remote working.

Can I walk to the beach?
Absolutely — the flat is just a few minutes’ walk from Tolcarne, Great Western, and Lusty Glaze beaches.

Do you provide baby equipment?
Not currently, so please bring anything you’ll need for little ones. The flat’s best suited to adults or older children.
