Located on a private lane in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, Laundry Barn boasts access to miles of walking and cycling through ancient forests and along the Arun canal. Nature lovers can enjoy spectacular views, wildlife and sunrises from the private secluded courtyard garden and first floor balcony. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining, a bbq and firepit are provided.

The barn is a short stroll to the village green for watching village cricket and stoolball matches; village fetes and enjoying the traditional village pubs and cafe, and the village has a well stocked local shop and deli. For wine and beer lovers, there is a wide choice of local vineyards and breweries hosting tours and tastings nearby.

The Goodwood Estate, famous for motorsport and horse racing, Cowdray for polo, Knepp Castle and numerous historic houses and gardens including Arundel Castle, Petworth House and Parham are all a short drive away.

Just 1.5 hrs by train (and a short taxi drive) or car from central London and 30 minutes from Gatwick airport, the barn is situated on the edge of the South Downs National Park and is close to the north downs. There is also easy access to the beautiful beaches of the south coast of England.
