Med fyra våningar och sex sovrum presenterar detta hem verkligen den perfekta kombinationen av underhållning för alla, samtidigt som dess kunder tillåter att huset gör sitt eget. Med stilfullt hantverk som möter en charmig strandattraktion, har bostaden varit noggrant underhållen och uppdaterad med moderna finish och accenter. Rymliga rum och stora glasfönster välkomnar naturljuset, förstärker skönheten och designen och gör den till en av våra mest önskade semestermål.

Det finns verkligen ingen brist på underhållning. En andra master svit finns på andra våningen i hemmet och har även ett lyxigt privat badrum. De återstående fyra sovrummen ligger på denna andra nivån av hemmet, inklusive rum med en king size-säng, en queen size-säng, en våningssäng (tvilling över full) och en annan med en dagbädd och trille. Beautiful home with Amazing Deep Water Dock and ELEVATOR

Charleston is a beautiful, friendly city but if you desired, you could stay at this home and never leave the island. Great for seniors due to elevator or climbing 3 flights of stairs up and down between family members and the living room/kitchen is a great workout!

IOP Vacation

This is a beautiful house in a fantastic location. Dock has deep enough water for a 23' boat at low tide. Everything major worked fine but quite a few little things need work (MB jacuzzi, slow draining sink, bar refrigerator, dock sink has no drain, etc...) so don't expect a perfect house. We had an issue with the security system, the PM and owner had it fixed in a couple hours. All in, a perfect rental, it's our second stay and will hopefully be back again next year!

“Amenity” that can’t be used

We planned this as our yearly family beach trip, and had children of all ages. Because we had 4 kids under 3, we needed a pool. It’s an extremely LONG story, but the jist is- we arrived and the pool was 72 degrees. I called the same day and was told that it would not be heated (although the original listing said it could be). I got a call a few hours later from the weekend “help desk” for a lack of a better term. She told me that it could be heated- 3 days at a time for $75/d. When paying These kinds of prices for a house- this is ridiculous in its own right to have to pay- but we DID. After three days, I called back bc it was still freezing. No one had turned it on!! Finally, Tuesday evening it was turned on, so we did use it Wednesday. We’ll- Thursday it was off again, and when I called, they said my 3 days was up and had turned it off. At this point I was told that it couldn’t be turned back on- yet I was charged another $225! To have an “amenity” like this that’s unuaseable with kids of this age pretty much made the trip miserable. The day that I left I actually got to speak with the actual manager of the property and he was extremely helpful- took off the MULTIPLE charges, but at that point the trip was done. Just think about this is you’re actually booking this house to use the pool. Otherwise the house was fine- the elevator is extremely sensitive though so we only ended up being about to use it about a quarter of the time. Again, not fun with 4 kids Under 3. Perfect house for teens and up

Family Vacation

We spent a week for a family celebration. There were six of us which was a room for everyone and extra space for those of us that needed to work or others reading or playing chess. Very clean, the view was amazing and we loved the dock most of all. We spent half of our time outside watching the constant parade of boats. We will definitely book again.

A Wonderful Decennial Birthday Celebration with Family

The layout, cleanliness, and appointments were perfect. Very well equipped with virtually anything one might need (including we found birthday candles). Elevator a necessity but sometimes finnicky but mostly because a door on another floor was not firmly latched. Service was most responsive. We'd visit again without any hesitation.

Wonderful property

This was a great place to stay for our whole family. The amenities (pool table, poker table, pool, hot tub, games, etc...) all were used and appreciated. Beautiful sunsets over the sound and a close walk to the beach made for a great time. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The property is great for entertaining. The grounds are wonderful; the dwelling, well, not so much. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT ANYONE WHO’S INTERESTED IN BOOKING THIS PROPERTY — ARRANGE A SITE VISIT WITH THE PROPERTY MGR PRIOR TO BOOKING! That will be important to making a decision on booking/pricing/etc. What you see is not necessarily what you get.

Okay but not Great for the Cost.

This house is big and very vertical. We had a very nice stay as our son who lives in Charleston brought his boat over during the day. Pool is probably great if you are there during the heat of the summer but it was freezing when we were there. No heat, not that they said there was. I guess my biggest complaint was that it is aging and outdoor furniture was a mess. Lots of simple things could be made better in the kitchen. Outdoor furniture was broken and rusted, Again we had a nice time but not at all the condition I would have expected for the price. We actually own a rental home in a similar vacation area and so I understand some of these difficulties but you need to invest in the house or sell it.

Enjoyed our stay

This property is great but it needs some TLC!!! It was not cleaned properly when we arrived. There also was a leak in master bath ceiling w/ mold & rot. I cleaned junk & trash all around the pool & outdoor Kitchen & docks. The outdoor furniture on a deck was filthy & stained when we arrived. The property management did respond quickly & fixed ceiling & cleaned where needed. One of the bedrooms you can only access through another bedroom & the bathroom for both these rooms is in the 2nd bedroom. This iwas not ideal & we did not realize this would be the case. Kitchen is poorly equipped for amount of people the house sleeps. We never had enough utensils so bought plasticware & there were no good pans nor spatulas etc.... We loved the outdoor space & being on the inter coastal but again this area needs some TLC.. ladder broken on dock, lights out etc... This house could be very nice but definitely needs some attention. For the cost I would expect better maintained. All that said we had a nice week with the family & did enjoy our stay!

The ladder needs to be fixed off the dock. It does not work at all. Falling apart. Which was a challenge to get out of the water. My sister bruised her leg trying to get out. The leak in the bathroom looked to have been there a long time. There appeared to have black mold on the ceiling. I called and understand that it is a big project people but should not be breathing that in for a week. They missed the recycle being taken out and one of the garbage cans. Garbage was full when we left. Otherwise we enjoyed the house and spent a lot of time on the dock.

Thanksgiving week

We had a wonderful time. We loved the house , the pool, the yard and the dock. There were a few issues. The ice machine couldn't keep up with our needs. We requested and paid for the pool to be heated prior to our arrival and reminded them. It was not heated properly for two days. We would love to stay there again next Thanksgiving!

Best house we’ve rented!

This house was unbelievable! We’ve rented in IOP before but this was the best we’ve ever stayed at. The indoor/outdoor pool was great and the views were awesome. Sweetgrass was very responsive as well. Hoping to come back soon.

Gorgeous home on the waterway

We had a group of college friends get together for a long weekend at this home. It really was an awesome choice for our group. There is lots of room to spread out. All the extra amenities are a nice touch like the open-air covered pool with outdoor bathroom, the game room with a poker table and large bar, and the dock with outdoor seating helped make it a special weekend. The master bedroom on the top floor is amazing, and all the views from the home and porches are incredible. We're excited to hopefully return next year and would recommend the home to anyone looking for an awesome getaway on Isle of Palms!
