We offer you a brand new, compact, comfortable and furnished with the greatest care to ensure your full comfort during your stay with us - apartment.
The apartment is strictly forbidden to smoke, stay with animals and organize parties, including hen or stag parties. Night silence is in effect from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
The building has an elevator, a pram/bicycle room.
The apartment is perfect for private and business stays (Internet, proximity to the center), stays in nearby hospitals and recreational stays.
The equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, washing machine and capsule coffee machine with three adapters for capsules: Nespresso, L'or Classique, Dolce Gusto and Senseo Classique.
The apartment offers guests free fiber-optic Internet and television with terrestrial channels, PlayNow, Max and ViaPlay.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils - including dishes, pots, pans, mugs, cups, glasses.
A fairly large, comfortable bathroom with a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.
A continental bed will provide you with a comfortable sleep.
A balcony - with a specially arranged green area for you, with a swing, chairs - we hope will make your stay more pleasant, allowing you to relax in your free time.
A parking space available in the above-ground car park on the premises of a gated estate (reservation required).

The estate and the surrounding area
The apartment is located in a newly built modern estate with two salt graduation towers at the guests' disposal. Located in a green area, between two parks - the magnificent and beloved by Katowice residents KoĆciuszko Park, with the famous parachute tower (a monument dedicated to the defenders of Katowice) and the historic wooden church of St. Michael the Archangel from the 16th century (the oldest architectural monument in Katowice - located on the Wooden Architecture Trail of the Silesian Voivodeship) and the Katowice Forest Park.
There is also the Three Ponds Valley Park in the area.
The above parks offer many attractions, at the entrance to KoĆciuszko Park the Patio Park restaurant is recommended.
In the vicinity of the facility: Silesian Medical University - 1.5 km, University of Silesia - 3.2 km. Next to the entrance to the estate there is a modern swimming pool "BrynĂłw".
Nearby shopping malls: Libero, Trzy Stawy, Galeria Katowicka and Silesia City Center.
A simple route to the city centre, which can be reached on foot - on the way we will meet the largest Cathedral in Poland - the Archcathedral of Christ the King, with night illuminations, a viewing platform over Katowice, making a huge impression on visitors.
On the way to the Katowice Market Square, we will meet the famous, entertaining Mariacka Street, with numerous bars, clubs and then the phenomenal, with historic buildings, vibrant Dworcowa Street, where the main element is the old train station - beautifully renovated and currently serving entertainment and catering functions.
Then we will find the Market Square, with many attractions and the famous "Aioli" restaurant.
Only approx. 2 km to the train station.
To the Katowice Pyrzowice airport - approx. 37 km.
To the KrakĂłw Balice airport - approx. 66 km.
Exit from the estate practically straight to the A4 motorway.
Perfect location for exploring Silesia, the center of Katowice, or visiting one of several hospitals located right next to the estate:
-Ophthalmology/Oncology Hospital (University Clinical Center named after prof. K. GibiĆski)
-Euro-Medic Hospital
-MSWIA Hospital
-Helimed Patient Experience Center-Image Diagnostics Center.

Walking to the center or the train station takes only about 20-25 minutes.
