Apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator, in a historic building between Piazza marina and Via Alloro.



The entrance to the house leads to the living area furnished with dining table, TV and sofa, the kitchen is independent and equipped with everything you need, including oven and coffee maker. From the living room you can access the furnished terrace, a green oasis in the historic center where you can have lunch or breakfast or even sunbathe. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Spiral stairs lead to another small terrace.



Amenities such as iron and air conditioning and a washing machine are available to guests.



*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is undergoing an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting points for tourists and residents.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
