Welcome to this cozy and bright 1-bedroom duplex, located in the prestigious Parque Santiago IIIcomplex, one of the most sought-after resorts in southern Tenerife. Set in the very heart of Playa de las Américas, this accommodation is ideal for couples or small familieslooking to combine comfort, relaxation, and fun in an unbeatable setting.
The apartment is spread over two floors and offers spacious and well-designed areas. On the lower floor, you'll find a modern and comfortable living roomwith a quality sofa bed, TV, and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equippedwith everything you need: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and kitchenware. A full bathroomis also located on this level for added convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom, very spacious, with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a second private bathroom. From here, you can access a wonderful private terrace, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying dinner outdoors, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.
The Parque Santiago IIIcomplex stands out for its resort-style design, with tropical gardens, shops, restaurants, and beautifully maintained communal areas. Facilities include several saltwater pools, sunbathing areas, and a small water park for children, making it a perfect choice for families.
