The location is perfect for reaching the Cinque Terre, Lerici, La Spezia, Sarzana, Tellaro, and Portovenere heading in one direction, and Versilia with Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, and the Apuan Alps heading in the other.
Pisa can also be reached in about an hour’s drive.

The space
The apartment is one of the five that make up the Casa fra gli Ulivi complex, an oasis of relaxation surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and all the comforts the property offers. The accommodation, large in size and enhanced by high-quality finishes, parquet, and white Carrara marble, consists of a living area with a sofa, armchair, smart TV, and dining table. A French door leads out to the private outdoor patio with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. Here, you can enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors, making the most of summer days and evenings.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, equipped with appliances and a breakfast bar, ideal for breakfasts or meals.
Everything you need to store, prepare, and enjoy meals inside the house is provided: gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, and crockery. A dishwasher is also available.

The apartment sleeps five: the first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two French beds and an additional single bed for the fifth guest.
Next to the first bedroom, there is a bathroom complete with sanitary facilities, a whirlpool bathtub, and a hydromassage shower. The second bedroom also has a complete bathroom with sanitary facilities, a classic bathtub, and a shower.

Free Wi-Fi is available.
Air conditioning is available at an additional cost.
For the winter months, autonomous heating with radiators or warm air split systems is available, also for an additional fee.

The shared outdoor area with other guests includes the beautiful garden and large pool, equipped with a shower, solarium with sun loungers, and a relaxation area with gazebo, table, and armchairs — the perfect place to refresh and relax on hot summer days.

The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

There is also a whirlpool that can accommodate up to 7 people; it’s a spa for 2, available at an extra cost.

The property does not have private parking, but about 100 meters from the entrance, there is a free public parking area where there are always spaces available for guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Guest access
The apartment and its private patio are accessed through the house. The main entrance to the complex, the garden, the pool, the adjacent relaxation area, and the solarium are shared with other guests. The upper floor of the building is occupied by the owners. We therefore ask that you maintain appropriate and respectful behavior and respect the common areas and other guests.

EXTRA COSTS AND SERVICES:

The Municipality of Ameglia, which includes the Montemarcello district, requires the payment of a tourist tax that will be collected in cash upon arrival by the person handling check-in.

Upon request, our linen (sheets and towels) can be used for an additional fee.

Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to rent a private boat, with or without a skipper, for a day (10:00 AM–6:00 PM, price to be determined).

Upon request and subject to availability, a 9-seater van with driver is available (price to be determined).

Upon request, a spa with sauna and whirlpool is available for an additional fee.

Upon request and subject to availability, a baby crib is available at the price of €30 per stay (basic linen included).

Upon request and subject to availability, individual or couples massage services are available (price to be determined).

Air conditioning is available at €10 per day.

Heating is available at €15 per day.

Upon request and subject to availability, a private chef service is available (price to be determined based on the type of dinner and the number of guests).

For each additional guest, an extra fee of €10 per person per night will be charged.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Early or late check-in/check-out is often possible by arrangement and at an extra cost of €15 per guest to the person handling check-in (6:00 PM–9:00 PM, early check-in before 3:00 PM). For later times, if we are able to arrange it, the fee may be higher.

IMPORTANT: We do not accept more than 2 children per booking, as otherwise we may have difficulty maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

How to reach Casa fra gli Ulivi:
Take the A12/E80 highway, exit at Sarzana, and continue towards Ameglia until the Montemarcello district.

If traveling by public transport, the nearest train station is Sarzana, from where you can reach Montemarcello using the bus line. The bus stop is 100 meters from the property.

Taxi services are also available. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
