Welcome to this elegant duplex in Vera, a perfect retreat for families or small groups. With three sun-drenched terraces, private garage, pool access, and tasteful decor, it offers both style and comfort. Just minutes from the beach, and with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen, itâs ideal for relaxing, exploring or remote working.
This elegant 170 mÂČ duplex villa offers a luxurious and functional layout on two floors. It includes two spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms with walk-in shower and an open plan kitchen and living room with two sofa beds and a dining area. Perfect for up to 6 people, it features modern furnishings, plenty of natural light and private access to the garage directly from the living room.
There is also a small extra bed in the living room suitable for children or small people.
