With capacity for 5 people, fibre optic WiFi connection at 600 mb/s, 65" Smart TV, lift and private parking space. Everything you need to enjoy a unique stay in Tenerife without worries.
Spacious and fully equipped, this flat is decorated with care. It has 3 double bedrooms with double beds and ceiling fans, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the spacious living-dining room has a comfortable sofa, 65â Smart TV with Netflix, and direct access to a cosy outdoor terrace with dining area. Ideal for having breakfast outdoors or relaxing with the sunset. It also includes a full bathroom with shower, an additional toilet, high speed WiFi connection (600mb), swimming pool in the complex, lift and private parking.
Perfect location, with all services around, you will be just a few steps walking distance from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the main points of interest of Los Cristianos. Perfect for relaxing getaways as well as for teleworking or long stays in the south of Tenerife.
The property has a kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair and much more.
For your convenience, there is a supermarket with long opening hours in the building, a pharmacy nearby and a street market 200 metres away, which operates two days a week.
The communal swimming pool does not have sun loungers.
