This luxury home, sleeping up 11 guests, is situated just around the corner from the iconic Abbey Road. With six beautifully styled bedrooms, and five bathrooms, this home is perfect for families and friends wanting to spend time together in comfort and style.
The Space:
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, spacious and fitted with Gaggenau appliances, it is waiting for you to cook up a storm. With a centre kitchen island that overlooks the stunning, natural wood dining table, it allows the cooking process to include everyone.
Step outside into the courtyard, complete with chic outdoor furniture and a charming Wendy House — a perfect retreat for adults to relax while children enjoy their own space to play.
The first floor is designed for work and leisure. A private study provides a quiet space to focus, while the elegant living room offers the perfect spot to unwind. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV. The ground floor offers a versatile reception room.
Each bedroom is styled with a personal touch, allowing everyone to have their own space to unwind and rest. Both bedrooms situated on the third floor offer en-suite bathrooms, with the master bedroom offering a spacious walk in wardrobe. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, which share two modern bathrooms.
A separate utility room is included, with both a washer and dryer. Additionally there is a water closet on the ground floor for convenience.
Guest Access:
The apartment utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire home at all times during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Recreate the iconic Beatles photo on Abbey Road, just a seven minute walk from the home. There are plenty of restaurants located within a 10 minute walk, with a variety of different cuisines to choose from. Reach Regent’s Park and Camden market in under 30 minutes via public transport. The rest of London’s main attractions, including Buckingham Palace and Tower Bridge are reachable in under 45 minutes.
Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located a 3 minute walk from South Hampstead Train Station, offering connection to the overground line, and a 10 minute walk from Swiss Cottage Tube Station, with access to the Jubilee line. The nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk away. Additionally, there are Uber and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
The home is spread over multiple levels with lots of internal stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users.
The home is currently for sale, this means that property viewings need to occur during your stay. On the morning of the viewing, we send in a member of our cleaning team to tidy the home. We will always provide advanced notice of a viewing tidy, and viewing. Each viewing typically lasts for 10 minutes.
