The Space:
Located in the charming spa town of De Haan, this recently built villa offers a contemporary retreat near Belgium’s most beautiful beaches. The home is flooded with natural light thanks to large windows and sliding doors that connect indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. The décor is modern and minimalistic, with natural tones and soft textiles creating a soothing ambiance.

The spacious living area features a comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. The sleek open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine. A round dining table seats 8, ideal for shared meals.

The home offers four comfortable bedrooms: three with plush double beds, and one with a bunk bed - perfect for children. Two stylish bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and one includes a bathtub, offering practicality and comfort for families.

Step outside to enjoy your private garden and large terrace with an 8-person dining table - perfect for summer meals and lounging in the sun. A private swimming pool is included but not fully finished yet, though it can be used. Pictures coming soon!

Guests have full private access to the entire listing, including the garden, terrace, living spaces, and all amenities. Please note that there is no access to storage rooms or bicycle parking facilities not mentioned.
