Built in 2004 and renovated in 2020, it presents itself in a modern style with all the necessary facilities to ensure a pleasant experience.
The house is located on a spacious plot of 800 square meters and offers a welcoming atmosphere, with its 104 square meters of living space. It is located just 2500 meters from the North Sea, making it ideal for those who love spending time by the water. The house is equipped with a covered terrace and an open terrace, where you can enjoy the long summer evenings and barbecues with family and friends.
