This charming holiday home near Stauning, perfectly combines modern comforts with a cozy atmosphere. Situated on a fenced plot of 1070 square meters, the house can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend time together. Built in 1974 and renovated in 2023, the property is in a well-maintained condition and ready to welcome guests.
The house has a total area of 95 square meters and contains three comfortable bedrooms, each with double beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. There is also a nice bathroom, equipped with both a shower and toilet, so you have everything you need for a pleasant experience. In connection with the bathroom, you will also find the house's sauna, where you can get your heart rate down after a long walk by the fjord.
For those who want to relax and enjoy nature, the house offers a covered terrace, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors, regardless of the weather. There is also a closed terrace, which allows for privacy, as well as a large natural plot with swings and a sandbox for the children. The outdoor area includes a table tennis table, fire pit and a barbecue, ideal for cozy summer evenings with family and friends.
Inside you will find a number of facilities that ensure a comfortable experience. The house is equipped with a heat pump, that can also function as air conditioning, so you can adjust the temperature according to your own preferences. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. For entertainment there is a television with both Danish and German TV, Chromecast for streaming and wireless internet, so you can stay connected if you wish.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer (40 liters). There is also a washing machine and dryer available, making it easy to keep the home clean and tidy during your stay.
The house allows up to two pets, so the whole family - including the four-legged members - can enjoy the holiday together. The fenced grounds provide security for both children and pets, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without worries.
