- SHARED TERRACE (partition net) with access from the kitchen and the bedroom with a small table and armchairs;

- PATIO with two deckchairs, outdoor sofa and small table;

- STORAGE ROOM.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00

EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00

EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30

Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

Alternatively, you can use the transfer service (see below).
