THE ACCOMMODATION:
This modern and stylish apartment has two bedrooms, the Master Bedroom includes a Super King Bed and a SMART TV and boasts an ensuite shower room with a toilet. The second bedroom also has a Super King Bed and the convenience of a SMART TV. Please note that both bedrooms have zip and link bed that can be separated into two standard single beds - both bedrooms are set up with linen for super king beds as standard.

The apartment has a modern, open plan, lounge/kitchen/diner which includes a SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The kitchen also benefits from a breakfast bar, complete with 4 stools.

The modern bathroom has a bath, shower facility and a toilet.

There is one allocated off road parking space available for guests.

The land train runs along the Promenade seasonally, from close by the bus terminus at the foot of the Chine, to Bournemouth Pier and to Boscombe Pier beyond.
