Villa Muntaja is a newly built modern villa offering a panoramic view over the Gulf of Castellammare. Thanks to its privileged location and refined design, the villa is the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and contemporary style.
Spread over two levels, the villa accommodates up to six guests. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and light filled open plan living area with an island kitchen and a lounge that opens directly onto the infinity pool, creating a stunning visual effect. This level also features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a walk in shower, and a laundry room.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Upstairs, the villa hosts two generous double bedrooms, each with a private en suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms also opens onto a private sea view veranda, furnished with cozy sofas the perfect spot to unwind at sunset.
Outdoors, alongside the panoramic infinity pool, there is a barbecue area and a shaded gazebo with a dining table, ideal for open air dinners and social gatherings.
The 8x4 meter infinity pool and the large sun terrace, finished with local marble, enhance the villa s elegance and offer guests the perfect setting to relax with a good book or cool off during the hottest hours of the day.
