Superb 2 Bed Townhouse next to The Level Park
This charming 2 Bedrooms house is the perfect place for your stay in Brighton. Modern, fully furnished, decorate with taste you will immediately feel at home. The house is perfectly equipped with all amenities, Wifi, TV, crockeries, dishwasher, etc .. and even a fire place if you feel like getting yourself a cosy day next to a warming fire.
The place also has a backyard.
Location is premium, Brighton Train Station, Brighton Museum & Art Gallery or Brighton Beach are all within walking distance.
My gardener attends every Monday in the morning between 9:30am and 10:30am to tend to the garden. She will have her own key just to access the property and get to the garden.
My Contractor attends every Friday between 9am and 11am to tend to the boiler.
Please could you leave the key if you will not be present.
Keys to be collected and returned from the collection point nearby( its roughly a 10/11 min walk)
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
