Welcome!

Spread over two floors, this spacious house offers a comfortable and stylish retreat. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and crockery, everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. This level also includes a single bed made up with hotel-quality linens.

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

Upstairs, two elegantly decorated bedrooms await. One is furnished with a UK king-size bed, and the other with a UK queen-size bed. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

There are three well-appointed bathrooms, each offering everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Step outside to enjoy the private terrace, complete with a cosy seating area, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled just south of Dublin’s city centre, Ranelagh offers the perfect blend of village charm and urban convenience. This vibrant neighbourhood is known for its tree-lined streets, excellent transport links, and lively atmosphere, making it an ideal base for your stay in Dublin.

The area is exceptionally well connected, with the Ranelagh and Beechwood stops on the Luas Green Line just a short walk away, providing easy access to the city centre in under 10 minutes. Several bus routes also run through the area, ensuring seamless travel across Dublin.

Ranelagh is renowned for its diverse selection of cafĂ©s, restaurants, and pubs. Enjoy brunch at local favourites like Dillinger’s or Nick’s Coffee, savour authentic Thai at Nightmarket, or relax with a pint in one of the area’s many cosy pubs, such as Birchall’s or TapHouse. Dublin Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
