The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a wide variety of kitchenware.
The accommodation offers free WiFi, television with Spanish channels and multiple amenities such as an iron and laundry area. It has two full bathrooms with shower, perfect for families or small groups.
The exterior is equally attractive, with a terrace of 100 square metres and a private garden of 300 square metres. The plot is completely fenced, offering privacy and security. It has garden furniture to enjoy outdoor moments.
Its location is ideal, just 2 kilometres from Roldån, with nearby restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. 15 kilometres from the sandy beach and 5 kilometres from a golf course. The airports of Murcia and Alicante are at a convenient distance to facilitate travel.
