Cosy apartment located in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo, immersed in the splendid mountain landscape of the Dolomites. With an area of 47 sqm, this charming accommodation offers a comfortable and functional living space, ideal for couples or small groups up to 4 people. The apartment enjoys a privileged position in a quiet residential area, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
The living area consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, LCD TV and a cosy dining area with a wooden table and chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet and bathtub.
A private parking space in the garage and free Wi-Fi complete the offer.
Available to the residence guests â therefore not for exclusive use â are a coin-operated laundry, a SPA area with sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation zone, as well as a well-equipped gym. Inside the structure there is also a restaurant.
