Welcome to Malta travellers! With accommodation for up to 11 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, and high-speed WiFi, this apartment is the perfect home base for your Maltese adventure!

Located in the charming and convenient neighborhood of Swieqi, you’ll find easy access to some of the island’s best attractions, beautiful beaches, and vibrant nightlife.

Our home has the ideal blend of comfort, space, and location to make your stay memorable!

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living | Step into our inviting living room, a spacious and comfortable area perfect for relaxation and socializing. Featuring a cozy sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and stylish dĂ©cor, it’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The living room also opens up to one of the two balconies, providing a lovely space to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.

Kitchen | Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. It includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and hot water kettle.

Bedrooms | 4 separate bedrooms in total. The first one includes 4 single beds, the second with 3 single beds, another with 2 single beds and the last bedroom features a double bed.

Bathrooms | 3 full bathrooms, all equipped with a shower, a toilet and sink. One of the bathrooms is an en-suite.

Swieqi is one of the most popular towns on the island as with just a short walk away, you'll find the vibrant town of St Julians , known for its stunning Spinola Bay, plenty of dining options from Mediterranean cuisine to different types of street food.

Right in the right of St Julians, you will find Paceville which is the heart of nightlife and entertainment. Paceville is packed with wide variety of bars, nightclubs , restaurants , shops and cafes. There is also cinema, bowling, gyms and pool side lounges.

Several beautiful beaches, including St. George’s Bay and Balluta Bay, are within easy reach, offering sun, sand, and sea.

The apartment is situated in the heart of Swieqi making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads. You would need to travel to Sliema which is a very close town next to Swieqi and the ferry can take you all the way to Valletta and from here we also suggest you get another Ferry to the three cities.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in St Julians but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

While we want you to fully enjoy your time in Malta, we kindly ask that if you plan to drink, please use a taxi service to ensure your safety and the safety of others. Malta has a reliable and affordable taxi network, and services like eCabs, Bolt and Uber are readily available.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
