Upstairs Lounge & Kitchen | On the first floor, a spacious living area awaits with two inviting sofas and a smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows.

Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, ample storage, and everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece. Making our home perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Bedrooms | The townhouse has two serene bedrooms: one with a plush double bed and the other with two single beds, both designed for restful nights.

Bathroom | A full bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink, and everything needed for your comfort.

Rooftop Terrace | The private rooftop is the highlight—a spacious retreat with outdoor seating, a dining area for four, and two loungers.

It’s the ideal spot to enjoy stunning sunsets and the refreshing Mediterranean breeze.

The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, drying racks, an iron, and essential cleaning supplies.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the home.

Linens | At 360 Estates, we believe in the importance of a great night's sleep. That’s why we provide the highest quality linens, with all beds freshly made and two towels per person. If you use the sofa bed, we’ll make it up for you with the same attention to detail.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
