Placed within the prestigious Portobello di Gallura residential park on the north-west coast of Sardinia, this breathtaking villa features a medium-sized rectangular swimming pool and is surrounded by greenery. The villa also has an outdoor shower covered by a small wall.

Outside, we find a patio, which can also be used as an outdoor dining room, as well as for relaxing while chatting with friends or reading a book, immersed in the tranquillity and beauty that characterise this place.

The house is spread over one floor and offers a large, bright room that can serve as both a living room and dining room, with Tuscan bricks and furnished with Gallura-style furniture. The feather in the room's cap is the large window that offers a splendid view of the garden, the sea and the swimming pool.

The kitchen is modern in style, with light and bright coloured furniture, and is equipped with all the necessary comforts including an induction hob. Adjacent to the kitchen and located outside the house is a BBQ area with an outdoor sink.

The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom, located in the right wing, is a double room with a private bathroom with an XL shower. In the opposite wing are the other two rooms: the first is a triple room, furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed. Opposite this room is a full bathroom with shower, which serves both the triple room and the living area. Going up a few steps, there is a second complete bathroom with shower, dedicated to the other double bedroom, in which there is also a single bed to comfortably accommodate several people.

Maximum privacy and security guaranteed by the services of the Portobello di Gallura residential park (access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or accredited guests and tranquillity and privacy is protected by the 24-hour security service).
